Custom scouter lsw sprite?

I've noticed alot of people had a costum sprite in their scouter, so I was wondering if I could use a sprite from a sheet I found on google as mine instead of Bardock, I dont know who made the sprite or what the characters name is even, and I used it in a sprite clip once so credit goes to whomever made it.

Well, with the overwhelming positive reviews for it, I decided to pick up Mass Effect 2. Great, right? Would be, except I CAN'T PLAY IT FOR SHIT.

The frame rates are awful. Is there anyway to reduce the graphics so that it's playable? Is there a certain resolution I should be using? Or am I screwed into buying a better graphics card? Halp.
